Pressure-drop hardware

Built around the application.

Start with the valve, the cartridge, or the entire package. We engineer the pressure-drop solution around your actual operating conditions.

Retrofit hardware

Max ΔP Cartridge

A custom-engineered flow-control cartridge that turns the butterfly valve you already trust into a more capable throttling assembly.

  • Designed around any butterfly valve
  • Field-replaceable control element
  • Equal-percentage characteristic

Engineering before hardware

The cartridge geometry comes from the calculation.

Our proprietary software evaluates the valve, fluid properties, pressure profile, required capacity, cavitation behavior, acoustic risk, velocity, and operating range together. That work defines the cartridge and resistance-plate geometry—not the other way around.

Severe and critical service

For the pressure drops that deserve a second look.

We support difficult control points across process plants, utilities, pipelines, and rotating-equipment systems.

Pump bypass and minimum flow
Backpressure and pressure reduction
Cavitating liquid service
Gas, steam, and vapor noise
Compressor recycle and anti-surge
Cooling water and seawater systems
Pipeline and terminal flow control

How we work

One application. One engineered answer.

01

Review

We review every operating case, the piping system, fluid properties, and performance concerns.

02

Model

Our software evaluates capacity, pressure staging, velocity, cavitation, noise, and control behavior.

03

Engineer

We define the cartridge, valve package, and any resistance plates the application requires.

04

Support

We stay involved through quotation, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.

Application request

Send us the pressure drop.

Give us what you have. A datasheet is ideal; a rough operating description is enough to start.
